Phoenix Suns

I received this via email a couple days ago and did research to authenticate the claims that this REALLY was posted to Governor Jan Brewer's facebook page but couldn't find evidence that is was or wasn't.  I did find the statement being attributed to the Governor, but couldn't validate if it really was her quote or not.

Regardless of the validation of the author, the quote stands on it's own as a valid point in the ongoing "controversy" over the Arizona law on immigration.  I really don't get, as I have posted earlier, all the "hype" as the Arizona law does NOT overstep the current Federal law that is in place and on the books regarding illegal aliens.  The controversy, I guess, is because the Arizona law will take ACTION on the matter in which the Federal government has NOT implemented their law.  Seems ridiculous to have laws and then NOT enforce them.  Any parent knows how silly and overrun your authority will be if you don't implement consequences.

Here is the "supposed" quote to the Phoenix Suns basketball team players who were protesting the new Arizona law:

Much has been said against Arizona's move to do the Federal Government's job. The following was sent by a friend and pokes fun at the Suns. To see where it came from first, see the last line.

"What if the owners of the Suns discovered that hordes of people were sneaking into games without paying? What if they had a good idea who the gate-crashers are, but the ushers and security personnel were not allowed to ask these folks to produce their ticket stubs, thus non-paying attendees couldn't be ejected.
Furthermore, what if Suns' ownership was expected to provide those who sneaked in with complimentary eats and drink? And what if, on those days when a gate-crasher became ill or injured, the Suns had to provide free medical care and shelter?"
